#7 Replication iteration.

I have 1 master machine and 5 slave machines. But occasionally files are replicated repeatedly. That is, I set the REPLICA_NUM as 3, and the first slave stores some files. The second slave also has the copy of the files. So, files which have 2 replication sholud be replicated to other slaves. So, the files are replicated in order. After the copy of file is completed, the original file which was in the second slave is deleted. So, master still recognize that there are only 2 replica of files. So, replication is repeated.

This is not the normal situation, but I saw that exactly, and I hope that that bug is fixed. :)
