[Secondmind::Developers] Website Registrations

Alright, lets start opening up some discussion threads:

Website registrations:  closed to all?  open to all?  open to all but verfied 
by administrators?

My vote is for open to all but verified by admins.  This way new developers 
can join the Den 4 community but we have to explictly give them access.
