No, because this is almost impossible given how the kiosk mode on macOS works (it is only active as long as SEB is the foreground application). We filed a feature request to Apple and discussed that it would be great if they would provide a kiosk mode in macOS which would allow to run several applications. In case they ever do that, then we would surely support it.

The other reason is that permitted processes on Windows are only useful when either using simple apps which don't allow free access to the internet and the local drives (as SEB for Windows cannot control internet and file system access for other applications) or when using a managed Windows system (using Group Policies, ideally in a virtual desktop, we do our exams with third party applications in a VMware Horizon VDI).

Apple doesn't allow macOS to be used in such virtualized environments, therefore the only option is to run SEB for Windows in a virtual desktop and access that desktop on Mac clients in a full screen browser window secured by SEB for macOS (some SEB users do that for exams with permitted third party applications, instead of your own VDI infrastructure you could also use virtual desktops in the cloud, for example from Amazon or Microsoft).
