Hi I cant access my exam cause SEB wont let me open the app. Whenever I tried to open it, it shows SEB failed to start a new session. Please help me with this, I tried re installing all over again but it's still the same

As already explained above, open the log file of the runtime and check what the actual error is. All log files can be found under %LocalAppData%\SafeExamBrowser\Logs (just paste the path in Windows explorer).

Could you share the client log file? I reckon this might have something to do with the VC++ redistributable, please ensure that you have the following installed on your system: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe (x86) or https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe (x64)
