#28 Missing quotes in administrative install command

Just encountered a problem with the SebWindowsAdminInstall.bat that comes with SEB Windows 1.8.2.

It contains the following administrative install command:
msiexec /a "%SebInstallMsiFile%" TARGETDIR=%SebAdminImageDir%

When %SebAdminImageDir% contains spaces, the above command does not extract the MSI as expected (and the copy commands that follow execute without error, but don't actually do what they're supposed to).

Adding quotes prevents this problem:
msiexec /a "%SebInstallMsiFile%" TARGETDIR="%SebAdminImageDir%"

Yes, you are completely right. Just forgot the quotation marks in this case. Have changed that in my source repository so it will be correct in the next official release. Please apologise for any inconveniences.
