#23 A sum of minor bugs.

v1.0 (example)

Testing v1.8 on Windows 7 Professional edition.
Exit Sequence F1 + F2 + F3 is not working. Tested my keyboard with a freeware tool, my keys seem to be alright, so unless I messed something else up, there's a bug here.
Alt + Tab switches only pages of SEB and not other processes that may run at the background.
Right Mouse click not working on SEB pages. I could only use it on the files I downloaded through SEB.
Neither is Start Menu working for me at all.

HI I would like to work on this. Please assign it to me.

Exit Sequence F1 + F2 + F3 is not working: Some functions keys are not available for custom actions, looks like Windows is blocking them. SEB 2.0 will be ported to .NET, maybe there will be some change in this behaviour.

Alt + Tab switches only pages of SEB and not other processes that may run at the background: This is exactly what it should do, while SEB is running, only the permitted processes should be reachable by the examinees.

Right mouse click should be blocked, because the options in the popup are a security risk. If you want to download a resource which the SEB browser displays instead of downloading it, you have to use some server-side techniques to force the download (for example a php-script). LMS sometimes also offer an option to force download specific resources.

We are nevertheless working on a solution to set in SEB settings which MIME types *and* which file types (identified by file extension, for example .seb) should be force downloaded instead of displayed in the browser.

Start Menu also SHOULD NOT WORK in a kiosk browser like SEB. That should be obvious, don't you think?

@polinenibharat: If you want to contribute code or bug fixes, please send me a private message with your email address. I will contact you directly.

Fixed in later versions. Right mouse click now can be activated, see Config Tool -> Hooked Keys pane.
