Hi there, this project seems interesting !

I suggest you to keep in touch with open source C-Media drivers' author (http://cmediadrivers.googlepages.com/) to exchange knowledge about audio driver develop.

I also suggest you to keep in touch with ReactOS (the open source windows clone, http://www.reactos.org/\) 'cause i submitted your project for the integration:

Last but not least, i suggest you to change the license 'cause even jabber itself deprecated its use:

I suggest to switch to BSD or (better) GPL.
