I currently have a patch that will make SeaShore compile and link under 10.5 64-bit mode. There are some changes that makes it work under 64-bit (some deprecated Color Management functions have been replaced, for example). I'm just curious if you, the main developer, has any plans to add my changes to trunk.
We haven't really thought about it, but that sounds like it would be something good to take.
My only concern is that we currently support 10.4 in Seashore. Could your fix build for that as well?
I could probably set it up so either the SDK is 10.4 on the 32-bit builds, or set the Mac OS X deployment target to 10.4. Either way, it will require Xcode 3.0 and Leopard or later to build.
Added a new patch here: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3425046&group_id=71670&atid=532056
The file name is ppc64-10.4.diff.zip. The reason why I zip them is because the patch, by itself, is too large for SourceForge.
