#5 Translation mode

I'd like to kindly push (again) for a translation mode for Sears.

I'm an italian fansubber and I'd really love to use Sears on my Mac instead of Subtitle Workshop on the Windows PC.
I enclose a screenshot of Subtitle Workshop in translation mode, if you want me to add some notes, please ask.

BTW, Subtitle Workshop is a really good piece of software for subtitles managing, I think that Sears should take some inspirations from that.

Hi there. I picked this feature request as an assignment and I have produced the UML diagrams for this feature to assist the developers in designing it.

I will code this translation feature next time I will spent time on sears.
