#21 Search Function Improvements

1. The manual appears to be non existent and it's NOT bundled with the software - which is dumb, especially once the online sites go down / disappear. You neet to bundle the manual as at least a plain text file and or as a PDF, with all the commands in it, with the software.

2. OK on the linux systems - when searching ALL the drives, we start with "/" but it also bogs down forever in the encrypted part of the filing system , "/home/.encryptfs/", and this can bog down for hours in the encrypted folders.

3. I have tried to make search monkey circumvent the encrypted part of the filing system by using "/, -home/.encryptfs/" AND / - home/.encryptfs/ AND / - home/.encryptfs/ but the commands do not work.

4. The program NEEDS a "folders to search in" AND a "folders to not search in" function.
