#3 1024x768x32 shows up as 640x480x32 on restart

When I was doing testing for another bug, I found that
the resolution 1024x768 at 32 bit color depth
consistantly showed up as 640x480x32 when I restarted
SEAL. It still shows 1024x768 at 32 bit color depth in
the settings pannel though. Double buffering was
enabled thoughout my tests (I haven't tested with
double buffering off.)

To the best of my knowladge (in that I haven't cracked
my system open for a while,) I have an ATI Rage Fury
card with 4MB RAM (on the card itself -- 96MB system
RAM,) and I ran SEAL in MS-DOS 7.x (the version
included with Windows 98.)
