#33 api_test reports "FlameX" found, hangs, when none present

Hello,

When I run api_test, it tells me that I have a Flame-X connected (don't own one, sad to say), and then freezes.

(seabreeze_api_test seems fine)

Also, consider deleting SeaBreeze/os-support/windows/VisualStudio2015/.vs
