SDToolkit v0.5.0 released

- Fixed problem with new lines not being output properly in documentation 
blocks
- Fixed problem where CDATA sections where output incorrectly
- Add an XML reader (DocXMLReader) for reading output from DocXMLWriter,
which requires JDOM.
- Root package changed from bjsoftware to sdtoolkit
