Yes Excellent idea and much needed , however we would we
have to see if style sheet integration will be that of the
SDNs own or any system into which the Weblog engine is
being integrated. This stops users from coming out with
their weblog styles

The editor has to be developed based on the XML schema
defined by the team. The editor will save the weblog data
in the xml file which will be stored in a KM repository.
You may create a repository for this purpose in your test
portal and proceed with the development of the editor. If
you wish, you may complete the task of finalizing the XML
schema to incorporate all the requirements of weblog
system.

Maybe a bit late, but I just discovered it. What about using
tinMCE (sourceforge.net/projects/tinymce/) as WYSIWYG editor.
It is cross browser. I think that it's rather suitable.
After all we need to prevent reinventing the wheel.

Any style sheet and you might want to keep in mind the
integration of these external editors as well. They can be
very usful (incorporating external style sheets) and the
output (HTML) could be converted to match an XML schema.

We may have to provide a Webdynpro development perspective
like toolset for adding HTML controls ( text boxes, label,
etc) in the weblog.
