#61 Generate password based on template

Add the possibility ro generate a password based on a model :

use part of the URL, exclude www.
use fixed part
use counter
use date configurable

for example:
fo the website www.wikipedia.org
in year 2014
with fixed part "Ru:p-|"
the password will be:
wikipediRu:p-|2014

This kind of password is usefull for not so important web sites. With the same pattern you can generate and simply remember all login.
