No

The Type List is not something an end user can easily modify. I think it is still buried in the jar in the type-list-mapping.xml. So, maybe we can move that file outside of the jar and make it easily accessible (and the preference section talking about it).

Mirko, I'll need your help with this some. Please document how you believe someone should manage this file. (i.e. should they copy it out of the jar and put it somewhere? is it best in the jar?)

    Now can:
create your own type file and pass it to SDM using -t command line parameter.
    or
create a file called type-attribute-mapping.xml and put it in the folder where you are lounching SDM
    or
create a file called type-attribute-mapping.xml and put it in the folder System.getProperty("user.home")/.sdm/
    or
create a file called type-attribute-mapping.xml and put it inside sdm.jar

I know it is a bit confusing. I like the idea of give the user a lot of possibility.
We can choose a more simple default option and leave the others to Advanced users.
What do you think is be the best approach?
