Regarding the password dialog box and Iconify... If the file is new and I haven't saved anything, it shouldn't be allowed to iconify without saving (or shouldn't require a password or shouldn't iconify). I am able to cancel and continue using it though so not a big issue -- but one time I did get my app stuck in the iconify state.

Once Iconified, the default click action should open the unlock feature, IMO.
