#17 re-enter password when saving

It seems as though when saving a file, you should have
to enter the password twice to avoid the problem of
mis-typing your password when creating a new save file.

I thought this was done. Now, in current 2.3 build, it does popup the password dialog 2 times (pwd request, then save location, pwd request, save location). Investigate. We should do something to make this more understandable.
