#1 -switch sizemap 5,5,5,5,8,8,8,8 & -turborate x

On website http://sdltrs.sourceforge.net/docs/Options.html the switch for size is incorrect. -sizesize z0,z1,z2,z3,z4,z5,z6,z7 should be:
-sizemap z0,z1,z2,z3,z4,z5,z6,z7

Also the switch -turborate x (where x is 2 thru 5 DEFAULT = 5) needs to be added to Documentation and the webpage at:
http://sdltrs.sourceforge.net/docs/Options.html

Code changes submitted for trs_sdl_interface.c to correct the issues with saving the correct parameters and recalling correct ones.
README.txt, test script and m4cfg.t8c submitted for verification.

All code needs merged into updated source.
