#1 Show current selected item in options menu

When you want to change any option, there is displayed
a menu with all available items (example: FPS limit
shows 4 items). However, there is no way to know what
is the current active item.

I suggest the current active item becomes automatically
selected when opening this menu.

Hi,
That is already implemented, but I've been quite busy lately
and have not been able to finish the release and upload it.

Now the menus are implementented in a much better way
(IMHO): in the options meny entries are of the kind:
Option: Selected

When you push Intro when en option is selected, you will
scroll through all its possible combinations.

I hope to make this new release this summer.
