Hmm, Its a good point. There is nothing infact that is making gljava depend on sdljava at the level of code. However, having said that, currently, you cannot obtain a GL context in any way except via the setVideoMode() call. Nothing is stopping someone from initializing an opengl context on their own and then using it via gljava. I will look into this in more detail.
