I had similar problem (although not on FC - I was using SUN's java on 
PLD linux ditro) and I really don't know why it is happaning

... but I did a simlink named libGLEW.so.2 and everything started to 
work ;) I think it should work for you to (... but still it is not a 
real fix, just a stupid work-around).
