[sdljava-users] disabled native code generation by default

Hi,

I wanted to let you know that I've disabled native code generation (by 
default) in the Makefiles.  If you care about generating the native code 
yourself enable the appropriate lines in the Makefiles for the modules 
you may be dealing with.
