[sdljava-users] CVS compile problem fixed (Missing SDLMain.java)

There was a problem which would prevent compilation of the java files in 
CVS.  The SDLMain.java source file was mistakingly not included.  This 
has been fixed and compilation works fine when checking out the code 
from CVS.
