The current layout of the SDLCP's SVN repository is this:

Individual projects are each given their own directory within the repository's root. This is to make unexpected changes less painful.

Within each project directory, there is both a "trunk" and a "branches" directory, which follow the standard behavior of the trunk being for primary development, and branches being for disruptive work. Once again, this is to make unexpected changes less painful.
