SDCF Version 1.3.3 released: Introducing configuration by external files

SDCF version 1.3.3 allows the easy reconfiguration of an already installed service application by external files now. You will find more information about the new feature here.

In addition, the start behaviour of the service was changed for the new time provider synchronization strategy IgnoreAndObserveSyncStates (introduced in version 1.3.2). If this strategy is configured, the service will always start now, even if an initial synchronization attempt fails.
