You need to look at the 68K version of GCC. There are some tools and
modifications (atleast there were five years ago when I was using the
68332), for CPU32 cores.
SDCC could be ported to a large CPU like that, but to take full advantage
of it there would have to be a full rewrite of the gen.c and modifications
elsewhere. It is really meant for smaller targets at the moment.
