It means that the port believes that your declaration similar to
__data char __at (BD0OBC_ADDR) BD0OBC;
(possibly even found in a supplied header file) places the variable
outside the __data memory available to the device.
I need to further look into the cause of this message as it occurs
rather too often and even for clearly valid placements, so for now,
check the specified address once per named variable and ignore the
message subsquently; the generated code will be as expected, placing
BD0OBC at the address given.
