#330 Linker support for reserved memories in MCU

Dear Developers,

In 8051 based MCUs a certain memory range of code space could be reserved for internal purposes. Linker should NOT allocate anything in these locations.

SDCC Linker should support this feature to support non-contiguous memory architecture.
