To include assembler file in another assembler file use .include directive.
ASxxxx Cross Assembler Documentation (doc\as\asxhtm.html), p.1-24, 1.4.18  .include Directive
      Example:
      .include my_file_to_include.inc
Or do you mean including assembler file in C project?

        I tried this.
But giving compilation errors like below...

        ?ASxxxx-Error-<i> in line 53 of int_ctrl_024.asm
<i> .include file error or an .if/.endif mismatch

Are you sure par.inc exists in the same directory? No spaces or other problematic characters in name?

Try with empty reg.inc file. If OK, then check if reg.inc file itself assembles OK. If so, check for .if/.endif mismatch in your source and in reg.inc.

      Hi,

I got the syntax for include a file.
      This is the syntax.
.include "filename"(just instead of this <> we should use this " ")
      Thanks for your help.

      Thanks,
      Prashanthi

So .include "reg.inc" works, and .include reg.inc don't? (you didn't say that you use .include <reg.inc> form, just .include reg.inc) Doc says about delimited string, but don't provide any example.
