Hello, I compiled my code on sdcc 2.4.2 Sept 13,2004 snapshot and it takes 7973 bytes After upgrading to 2.4.7 #893 (Nov 30 2004) the code takes 8554 bytes. This is a problem for my 8K Flash. Im using an 8051 analog devices ADUC814
My current compile/link options are:
--iram-size 256 --model-small --code-size 8100 --opt-code-size --xram-size 0
I would prefer to use the newer version of sdcc if possible. Im in the process now of trying to optimize the code. Any suggestions on flags I could use?
Sorry about this post. I just noticed someone else asked the same thing a few hours ago.
