    hi all
i have been trying to work with a "C" program on sdcc
    i am on 2000windows system - gputils 0.13.4-1 -sdcc v2.7.0 - gputils_mplab_0.3 - sdcc_mplab_01
but when i try to compile main.c the system show

    Executing: "C:\Archivos de programa\SDCC\bin\sdcc.exe" glcd_pic258.c -c -mpic16 -p18F258
glcd_pic258.c:7:2: warning: no newline at end of file
"gpasm" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo,//"gpasm"is no recognized as command
programa o archivo por lotes ejecutable.

any help as to what is wrong or what to try would be great.

      Hello from México:

I think you need to install first the "gputils" that have gpasm and gplink files that assemble and link the code generated by SDCC.

As I can see, you need to download the "gputils" binaries for windows, also you need to use the binaries of SDCC for windows.

Last but not least, you need to add a new line at the end of each file in your project (*.c, *.asm, *.h) in order to avoid the warning "no newline at end of file"

I hope this can help you.
