#2445 docs: Mingw/MSYS1 does not work for MSVC builds, but MSYS2 does

Hello SDCC team,

As i discovered here: https://sourceforge.net/p/sdcc/discussion/1865/thread/1b5c74e7/,

the MSYS1 package which is not maintained any more does not work for building MSVC builds.

I think the correct move would be to recommend MSYS2 which is actively maintained. It is also very light weight and carries the latest versions of the tools.

I would suggest a docs update to reflect this. Going forward, being on a maintained package is probably always the best for the user, as there is no garantee that un-maintained builds will work on future versions of Windows.
