This attachment contains two folders: results, and test_sdcc.

The 'results' directory contains the text output of the two attempts to compile a small C file (contained in test_sdcc) using two different versions of the SDCC (for a total of four compilation attempts).

For both of the SDCC versions that were tested, SDCC was installed in C:/Program Files/SDCC. The problem goes away when the installation path does not contain any spaces, such as installing in C:/SDCC.

1) Attached.
2) Two commands are called in the build.bat file:

sdcc -c test.c -Wp,-MD,test.d,-MT,test.rel,-MP -Wa,-p --model-medium --debug -o test.rel --verbose

sdcc -c test.c -o test.rel --verbose

3) This was tested on two different versions of the SDCC:

SDCC 3.3.0 (32 bit)

sdcc-snapshot-x86_64-w64-mingw32-20130807-8804

4) Attached.

Could you please also report your OS?
Does it also happen when you're not starting SDCC from a batch file?

I can not reproduce it on WinXP and Win 7.

I have tried the build.bat on WinXP, Win7-32bit, Win7-64bit, Win8-32bit, Win8-64bit, and the issue was not reproducible.
