#3 Plugin install does not check plugin existence

Before installing a plugin, SDBuy has to check if the plugin already exist. If it is so, the installation has to fail.

In this case, this in NOT an installation but an update.

That means an update process is mandatory and for the moment the question of a plugin purge is open.
