#2 Displaying Command line Help

When starting SDBuy with the '-h' parameter, the help pages are displayed. Due to the size of Windows "Terminal" it is not easy to read.

The '-s' parameter has been added but not enough correctly because help lines are splitted "everywhere".

For the moment, the help should be restored for Mac / Linux. A solution has to be found for Windows.
