at least your problem with 2.0 GB containers is due a bug in SD4L.
The other problems seem to be also caused by another bug in SD4L.
The relevant bugs are described in trackers 1772346 and 1772347.
Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow version 1.1-0 will be released
which fixes these bugs. Would you please give SD4L 1.1-0 a try?
