#16 Build Paths 4 Debug/Release

In VS.NET the builds are automatically placed in the bin
subdirectory. This is setup in the solution file, I think.

The solution imported to the #Develop environment build
in the same directory where the solution is saved - no
subdirectory.

I suppose there is a small bug that prevents #Develop
from using the debug/release configuration and in special
its path properties.
