I'm done testing winops-menu.scm.
Summary:
One fix to deiconify in small ops.
In 'menu-window-ops' "Change theme" and "Swtich to..." are still
broken but this is due to errors in other files that haven't been
tested yet.
Changelog:
* winops-menu.scm: Fixed Unminimize option in
'make-small-window-ops-menu' so that it does the right thing.
