just a typo fix in this one.

This completes the "display control" group except for the following
exceptions:

- the window manager hint stuff hasn't been tested yet
- I'm postponing testing constraint-animation.scm for when I test
  all the other constraint stuff (which I also postponed testing)

This completed about 20% of the testing of the scheme files.

I'm moving on to the "events" hierarchy next.
