[Scwm-devs] done testing rectangle.scm

Hehe, got this one for free.  Realized I'd already tested everything
in it when checking tile.scm.  Forgot to check in before though.

Only change is switching 'window-corners' and 'enclosing-rectangle'
to use the frame size instead of the window size.
