One more tidbit on the fvwm pager.

It has a very interesting architecture for handling all of the drawing and
what not.  It simply makes a window inside itself for each window out on the
desktop.  This lets X handle much of the redrawing logic.  It then mirrors
update on the desktop with its own little windows.
