#703 CMD: Detect and add game(s) with commandline

It would be great if the command line interface could be extendet by options for adding a game and mass adding.
It could be triggered by "--add" and "--massadd" in compination with "-p" or "--path=".
The game info should be visible before adding to the config, like in the GUI, but without allowing to change them.

In addition there could be the option "--detect", which also detects the game and gives back the game info, but doesn't add it to the config.
