There are. I have played the Win version through Win 3.1 via DOSBox and through Win7 with some adjustments. The icons actually look quite different than the DOS version.
Here is a site comparing EGA to VGA. You can scroll down and see several screnshots showing the Windows mouse pointer icons
The VGA CD screenshots show the KQ5 Win pointers. You'll notice that the pointers are white and smaller. And look different overall to the DOS version that has full color. Like the hourglass for example. The DOS version is kinda orange/pink in color. While the Win version is white. You'll also notice the hand and talk icons look quite a bit different from each other.

EDIT: The original KQ5 version that was released that only had text used the same icons as the KQ5 Windows version. Thus what you're probably seeing in the screenshots. The Win version icons were just smaller. But still all white and look quite a bit different than the bigger, colored pointers

There were no such cursors in the Windows version of KQ5, to my knowledge

I don't see any Windows version in that page. Only DOS EGA floppy, DOS VGA floppy and DOS VGA CD
