It will start, but only show the empty inventory on the top of the screen.
One can press ESC and reach the in-game menu and can exit the game.

It needs some more work as it reports script runtime errors on start.

And, it's only in Czech.

The game in 'Development:Betatest/Games/ScummVM Games/Basis/' seems to be unknown.
