#6943 TOONSTRUCK: add French & Spanish detection

Hi,

The french & spanish version are not detected, but seems to work well
(I plan to complete play of the French version)

tip, you may want to search for "?en_alt" string and discover that there are two different english versions;
with 5-some different files. It would be great if someone knew why. :-)
