#4926 descumm "} else {" blocks

I noticed this particular problem with Monkey Island enhanced CD (English), 000_LECF\061_LFLF_sword-mas\001_SCRP_058.dmp (extracted with scummpacker).
There are two "} else {" blocks in a row when the latter really just should be a "goto"-instruction prior to a "}".
I tried an older version, the latest final version and the daily build, with no difference.
