In Gold Rush! (the Amiga version from Back to the Roots) with ScummVM SVN 1.0.0pre043629 (August 22, 2009 12:00:08) on Windows XP, if Jerrod falls off of the ladder, but lands on the ledge, you can move him, but he goes at an incredibly fast speed. Also, he is still in his ladder climbing position.
