I've been playing COMI for a few hours now and I've noticed a few bits of speech missing. The end of a sentence of something. It's only occasional. At first I thought it was me, but then I looked at the Porto Pollo clock and Guybrush went: "Good evening. The Carribean Standard Time is: 4. Oh. 8. and Seconds." - Instead of "4. Oh. 8. and Twenty. 3. Seconds." (which he did subsequently).
Pretty random I'm afraid :(

The bug was found on Vista32 running the latest stable release, "0.X.0".
The game is the English version. Unfortunately no attempts to reproduce the
bug on SVN have been made.

Just to clarify: Does this occur in any place besides he clock in port pollo?

Yes it does. But I mainly remember it occurring in Porto Pollo.

Perhaps this was a glitch with the game scripts themselves? If there is no way to reproduce this and it doesn't happen anymore, then how can it be fixed?

It's random. That doesn't mean it's not possible to reproduce nor that it doesn't happen any more. It just means it requires more investigation.

Are the subtitles complete and only parts of the audio are missing? If so, then it might be yet another iMuse Digital issue. Also, are there any debug messages printed on the console?

Are you using compressed audio data by chance?

Nope, I'm using the original files.
I'm playing through COMI right now, and I've also noticed missing dialogue just like this.
