#1875 COMI: cursor is invisible at "insert CD" message

Specify COMI target, but point it to non-existent or
empty directory. You will get "Cannot find file:
`comi.la0`..." but cursor there is rendered with black
color which is extremely hard to see on black background :)

Fixed in CVS. Just had to make sure the palette was setup for the cursor.
